To maintain the integrity of our inventory, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14-20 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  • Condition: Items must be in pristine, “Like-New” condition. This means the original box, seal, and internal plastic wraps must be intact.
  • Completeness: All technical manuals, bundled cables, and promotional inserts must be included in the return package.

2. Items Excluded from Returns

For quality control and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Hardware showing signs of physical impact, scratches, or moisture exposure.
  • Items where the manufacturer’s serial number or security seal has been tampered with.
  • Digital codes, software licenses, and clearance “Outlet” items.

3. DOA (Dead on Arrival) & Defective Hardware

In the rare event that your gadget (e.g., power bank, earbuds, or smart hub) is faulty out of the box:

  • Report the issue to horizonxltech.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please provide a brief video or clear photos showing the defect.
  • Validated defective units will be eligible for a priority replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

4. The Refund Workflow

Once your return reaches our inspection lab:

  • Verification: Our technicians will verify the device status within 48 hours.
  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment gateway (Bank/Card/Wallet).
  • Duration: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping: For standard returns (change of mind), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Extended Brand Warranty

For premium brands such as Anker, Baseus, and Samsung, your purchase is covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty. If a fault develops after our 14-day window, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to claim your warranty directly from the brand’s service center.

6. Swapping Your Gear (Exchanges)

Want a different model or color? We only perform direct exchanges for defective items. For all other swaps, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred gadget.
